The “How To’s” to Rent from HEALTH PROFESSIONS APARTMENTS
- Review the properties online or drive by the apartment you want to rent. You may knock on
the door and ask the current residents to show you a unit. If they say no, please send an
email to healthapartments@gmail.com to arrange a showing. Please be courteous to our
residents – it’s their home.
- Select a House Manager to represent your group, complete the Application Form and submit
online. The House Manager will take the lead in dealing with us on any issues that may
arrise including repairs that need to be made, resolving complaints or violation notices
received from the City of Mt. Pleasant.
- Once the application is approved you will have five business days to sign the lease and
submit a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus a non-refundable cleaning fee of
$350. If your deposit is not received within five days the property will be offered to the
next interested party. Your first month’s rent will be due prior to your move-in date when
you will receive keys and access to the property.
That’s it! You’re all set for next year.
