Rental Process

• Review the 3D views and pictures online or drive by the apartment if you want. If you would like to see the inside of an apartment, please contact us at (586) 945-1336 to set up a showing.
• Through conversation, we will offer you our best price and terms & conditions. If you agree, we will require a small security deposit to hold your apartment.
• Within 7 days, we will send your contract to you for signature. Once your contract is signed, your apartment will be officially held for you.
• Before moving in, the first month’s rent and a $350 non-refundable cleaning fee must be paid. You will then receive your key.
